About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive channel growth across Unmanaged Reseller segments by acquiring, managing, and maintaining new customers
  • Generate new Resellers and Managed Service Providers to expand vendor business within the IT sales channel
  • Facilitate strong relationships between vendors and resellers to cement Ingram Micro as the distributor of choice
  • Manage and grow sales-associated opportunities on a national scale
  • Provide exceptional customer service and supply quality industry solutions to meet business and technology objectives
  • Proactively develop market strategies to achieve growth for both Ingram Micro and its vendors

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the IT sales and distribution industry
  • Proven ability to develop solid relationships with existing resellers and acquire new customers
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong persuasive skills in both written and oral presentations
  • Ability to plan and implement strategic business development plans
  • Capability to take ownership of territory and operate autonomously
