About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, develop and execute customized lighting and electrical service solutions across national portfolios
- Develop key partnerships with distributors, suppliers, ESCOs, and property management companies
- Support profitable and sustainable growth of all Branch Locations within the designated territory
- Collaborate with internal Service, Product, and Engineering teams for seamless delivery
- Develop strategic account plans, proposals, and executive-level presentations
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, including OEM equipment resale and aftermarket services
- Represent the company at industry conferences and partnership meetings
- Manage the full customer lifecycle including pricing, contract negotiation, and SLA oversight
- Contribute to long-range revenue forecasts and performance reporting
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or business development
- Experience in technical, infrastructure, or clean energy sectors
- Proven success scaling strategic programs with enterprise accounts exceeding $10M annually
- Strong finance and analytical background related to energy efficient solutions
- Background in lighting, electrical business, fleet electrification, or energy-as-a-service (EaaS)
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
