Build, develop and execute customized lighting and electrical service solutions across national portfolios
Develop key partnerships with distributors, suppliers, ESCOs, and property management companies
Support profitable and sustainable growth of all Branch Locations within the designated territory
Collaborate with internal Service, Product, and Engineering teams for seamless delivery
Develop strategic account plans, proposals, and executive-level presentations
Identify opportunities for account expansion, including OEM equipment resale and aftermarket services
Represent the company at industry conferences and partnership meetings
Manage the full customer lifecycle including pricing, contract negotiation, and SLA oversight
Contribute to long-range revenue forecasts and performance reporting

7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or business development
Experience in technical, infrastructure, or clean energy sectors
Proven success scaling strategic programs with enterprise accounts exceeding $10M annually
Strong finance and analytical background related to energy efficient solutions
Background in lighting, electrical business, fleet electrification, or energy-as-a-service (EaaS)
Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Willingness to travel up to 50%
