About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop and execute customized lighting and electrical service solutions across national portfolios
  • Develop key partnerships with distributors, suppliers, ESCOs, and property management companies
  • Support profitable and sustainable growth of all Branch Locations within the designated territory
  • Collaborate with internal Service, Product, and Engineering teams for seamless delivery
  • Develop strategic account plans, proposals, and executive-level presentations
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, including OEM equipment resale and aftermarket services
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and partnership meetings
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle including pricing, contract negotiation, and SLA oversight
  • Contribute to long-range revenue forecasts and performance reporting

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or business development
  • Experience in technical, infrastructure, or clean energy sectors
  • Proven success scaling strategic programs with enterprise accounts exceeding $10M annually
  • Strong finance and analytical background related to energy efficient solutions
  • Background in lighting, electrical business, fleet electrification, or energy-as-a-service (EaaS)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
