Responsibilities
- Develop Business Development Strategies to expand into the North American market
- Generate technical proposals that meet client needs
- Forge connections through strategic cold calling and industry networking
- Develop and manage a diverse client portfolio
- Cultivate lasting partnerships and ensure seamless transitions from lead to customer
- Act as a trusted advisor to existing clients to drive growth and service utilization
- Foster meaningful interactions and provide effective customer support
Requirements
- PhD in Immunology, Inflammation, Cancer Biology, or related discipline
- 2-3 years of Business Development Experience in preclinical fields
- Hands-on experience with preclinical models (in vitro and in vivo)
- Ability to translate complex biology into scientific value propositions
- Proven track record in prospecting and cultivating a client base
- Exceptional negotiation and self-management skills
- Native proficiency in English
