About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of relationships with clients and customers in the assigned region
  • Technically engage with existing customers to drive business activities and meet financial objectives for cloud business
  • Build and maintain aggressive account growth plans for top customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to add value to customers
  • Own RFP responses and submittals within the local territory
  • Motivate existing customers to migrate from on-premise to hybrid or cloud architectures
  • Grow Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) within assigned accounts
  • Facilitate customer training needs to ensure effective product usage

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Physical Security (Access Control, Video Surveillance, or Building technologies)
  • Strong technical acumen in Access Management, Physical Security, Mobile Credentials, and Biometrics
  • Proven track record in sales management within Building Technologies or Property technology
  • Graduation (BTech or equivalent) is required
  • Established customer network in the security industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a technology field
  • Experience with System Integrator partners and secondary channel networks
