Business Development Manager Iberia - Defense

Responsibilities

• Lead Defense-focused business development activities in Iberia, from opportunity identification to deal shaping and revenue realization.
• Build and maintain a high-value network across the Defense ecosystem, acting as a trusted advisor on digital sovereignty and cybersecurity.
• Represent HP at Defense forums, institutional meetings, and industry events to strengthen company credibility.
• Map key public and private stakeholders, tracking programs, funding cycles, and procurement priorities.
• Collaborate with distribution and channel partners to translate Defense SMB needs into scalable HP offerings.
• Identify and prioritize Defense-critical certifications and compliance requirements such as ENS, TEMPEST, and BASC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience specifically within the Defense sector.
• 20+ years of experience in business development, account management, or strategic sales roles.
• Demonstrated experience navigating complex institutional and Defense ecosystems.
• Fluency in Spanish (native or fluent) and professional fluency in English.
• Strong understanding of secure technology environments and regulatory frameworks.
