About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners to drive sales growth of the hygienic pump portfolio
  • Analyze customer requirements and deliver technical solutions, preparing competitive quotations with engineering and project teams
  • Lead technical discussions, presentations, and customer engagements while supporting commercial negotiations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide after-sales technical support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company at industry events and maintain accurate sales reporting in CRM systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within pumps, fluid handling, or industrial equipment
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within the CEE region (Balkans and Hungary) for customer meetings
