Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with preschool stakeholders
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase Edtech solutions
- Close deals, meet targets, and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the telecalling team for lead nurturing and follow-ups
- Share regular reports and insights with the management team
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in Edtech or education preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel regularly to preschools in assigned regions
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
- Existing network of industry contacts and relationships
