About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales growth for Utility-Scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and PV (Solar Inverter) in Sweden
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with customer needs and Huawei’s growth strategy
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, partners, consultants, and industry stakeholders
- Identify, qualify, and win major utility-scale BESS projects from early-stage pipeline to contract closure
- Lead tender processes including RFI/RFP review, bid strategy, and commercial negotiation
- Monitor market trends, regulations, and competitor activities within the Swedish renewable energy sectors
- Represent Huawei at industry events, conferences, and customer forums
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the utility-scale BESS and PV market
- Good knowledge of the Swedish renewable energy market and regulations
- Experience in complex solution sales and tender management
- Strong commercial mindset and contract negotiation skills
- Understanding of energy storage system architecture, PCS, EMS, and battery technologies
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in energy, renewables, storage, or infrastructure sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or Business
- Fluent Swedish and excellent English
- Willingness to travel frequently within Sweden and occasionally in Europe
