Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with existing clients and channel partners to understand business needs
- Identify, target, and attract FinTech companies globally to establish their presence
- Develop and manage relationships with local and international channel partners
- Support clients through the business setup process, including registration and licensing
- Conduct market research and analyze industry data to identify growth opportunities
- Represent the organization at conferences, trade events, and networking forums
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in business development or FinTech sales
- Proven track record of meeting revenue or client acquisition targets
- Established network across local and international FinTech ecosystems
- Experience engaging FinTech founders and C-level decision-makers
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic language skills
- Prior experience working with financial hubs or free zones
- Strong understanding of global FinTech trends and regulatory frameworks
