  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Tech, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams
  • Analyze market trends and partner performance to maximize revenue and improve distribution

Requirements

  • Native Italian and fluent English speaker

  • 2-5 years in business development, sales, or key account management
  • Proven ability to manage senior external partners
  • Strong operational and analytical skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
