About the role
Responsibilities
- Launch new cities by identifying, reaching-out and onboarding new Supply Partners & distribution-side partnerships in China
- Continuously nurture relationships with existing Supply Partners to leverage them for additional growth
- Liaise between internal stakeholders (Operations, Tech, Marketing, etc.) and accounts to ensure smooth execution and booking growth
- Identify market trends and provide market & competitor analysis to optimize business strategies
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in consumer tech startups
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Global mindset comfortable working across different cultures and time zones
- Entrepreneurial mindset and startup attitude
- Experience working with a CRM
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling sales or business development functions in a startup
- Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments and adjust quickly to shifting priorities
- Deep understanding of the Chinese market pulse
