About the role

Responsibilities

  • Launch new cities by identifying, reaching-out and onboarding new Supply Partners & distribution-side partnerships in China
  • Continuously nurture relationships with existing Supply Partners to leverage them for additional growth
  • Liaise between internal stakeholders (Operations, Tech, Marketing, etc.) and accounts to ensure smooth execution and booking growth
  • Identify market trends and provide market & competitor analysis to optimize business strategies

Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in consumer tech startups
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Global mindset comfortable working across different cultures and time zones
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and startup attitude
  • Experience working with a CRM

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling sales or business development functions in a startup
  • Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments and adjust quickly to shifting priorities
  • Deep understanding of the Chinese market pulse
