Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth by helping companies manage CO2 footprints, ESG reporting, and sustainability solutions through consultative B2B sales.
• Help clients gain insight into their emissions and improve their sustainability position through reduction plans and carbon credits.
• Represent Green Earth Group at meetings, networking events, trade fairs, and other sustainability-related events.
• Translate client needs into appropriate sustainability solutions, including nature-based projects and biodiversity initiatives.
• Actively develop the market and build a strong commercial position for the company.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or consultancy.
• Proven track record in new business generation and closing deals.
• Experience engaging and communicating with senior decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, etc.).
• Strong interest in ESG, CO2 footprinting, and sustainable business operations.
• Business fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Ability to work independently, entrepreneurially, and in a result-oriented manner.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ESG, carbon credits, or sustainability consulting.
• Experience selling services to SMEs or corporate leadership.
• Proficiency with HubSpot.
