Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Shape interaction strategies with major global tech partners and identify new opportunities to maximize business results across the Genesis ecosystem.
• Conduct negotiations and manage the signing or renewal of contracts with strategic partners.
• Analyze partnership effectiveness and generate actionable ideas for improvement.
• Prepare reports, analytics, and presentations for C-level stakeholders and strategic partners.
• Maintain and rebuild long-term relationships with partners to meet business needs.
• Resolve operational tasks such as opening credit lines and advertising accounts.
• Assist in the coordination and organization of large-scale events and partnership activities with tech giants.

Requirements

• Advanced fluency in written and spoken English.
• 2+ years of experience in Big-4, FMCG, Account Management, Business Development, or Project Management.
• Proficiency in digital tools including Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear business recommendations.
• Proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow based on feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end project coordination and management.
• Understanding of global tech platform ecosystems, business models, and advertising/product marketing tools.
• Experience conducting strategic and high-stakes negotiations.
