Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by managing existing customer relationships and prospecting new customers
• Interact with prospects via telephone, email, chat, and on-site visits
• Navigate large accounts to identify and connect with key decision makers
• Collaborate with customers and the marketing team to identify new business opportunities
• Educate customers on the electronic components market to support supply chain efficiency
• Coordinate with global purchasing and business development teams across EMEA, APAC, and Americas

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the electronic component industry
• Proven track record of success in previous sales roles
• Proficiency in Japanese (Native or proficient)
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel 50% or more of working hours
• Strong cold calling and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the semiconductor industry
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a result-driven approach
