About the role

Responsibilities

  • Use an intent based approach to prioritize and target accounts
  • Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and social selling
  • Qualify prospects at all levels using BANT and MEDDPICC
  • Manage inbound leads and qualify them for sales
  • Create qualified opportunities for the sales organization
  • Develop strong relationships with Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
  • Meet and exceed quarterly quota targets

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in business development or sales
  • Experience researching, cold-calling, and qualifying accounts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and objection handling abilities
  • Experience facilitating qualifying conversations
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
