About the role
Responsibilities
- Use an intent based approach to prioritize and target accounts
- Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and social selling
- Qualify prospects at all levels using BANT and MEDDPICC
- Manage inbound leads and qualify them for sales
- Create qualified opportunities for the sales organization
- Develop strong relationships with Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
- Meet and exceed quarterly quota targets
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in business development or sales
- Experience researching, cold-calling, and qualifying accounts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and objection handling abilities
- Experience facilitating qualifying conversations
- Self-motivated and target-driven
