Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous account research and market prospecting to architect a robust sales pipeline.
- Initiate and nurture conversations with high-profile executive personas and C-suite stakeholders.
- Design and execute hyper-personalized outbound campaigns using email, cold-calling, and social selling.
- Perform consultative discovery to diagnose customer pain points and qualify enterprise opportunities.
- Maintain flawless CRM hygiene by tracking performance metrics and capturing precise meeting data.
- Partner with Field Sales Directors and Marketing teams to orchestrate account-based strategies.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven mastery of outbound prospecting, including cold calling and social selling.
- Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive pitches.
- Strong consultative discovery expertise and active listening skills.
- High level of discipline regarding CRM hygiene and sales metrics management.
- Ability to work onsite in a collaborative corporate office environment.
