About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end outbound sales process for mid-to-large clinic segments, from initial prospecting to closing.
  • Actively build and maintain a high-quality pipeline by identifying new opportunities and tapping into existing networks.
  • Represent Fresh Clinics at industry events, conferences, supplier nights, and clinic launches to drive organic referrals.
  • Conduct empathetic, consultative sales meetings to understand clinic pain points and demonstrate how Fresh Clinics provides solutions.
  • Experiment with different engagement angles and hooks to optimize outreach across various regions and prospect types.
  • Maintain high pipeline rigor using HubSpot, ensuring clean data, visible activity, and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Onboarding teams to ensure lead quality and seamless transitions for new members.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of outbound sales experience in BDM or Account Executive roles, ideally within SaaS, professional services, or healthcare.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong HubSpot literacy and experience managing a disciplined sales pipeline via CRM.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills with a "super-connector" mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first scale-up environment.
  • Comfortable engaging in peer-to-peer conversations with business owners, Aesthetic Doctors, and Registered Nurses.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing professional network within the aesthetics or clinical industry.
  • Experience working in a high-growth scale-up environment.
