Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively promote Foundation Health's services to businesses, employers, physicians, and community partners
• Develop and manage referral relationships with family physicians, specialists, hospitals, clinics, and allied healthcare providers
• Conduct cold outreach including calls, emails, and in-person visits to generate new partnerships
• Build relationships within hospitals, healthcare networks, employers, insurers, and community organizations
• Identify opportunities to support the launch of new clinics and services across Ontario
• Track outreach, pipeline, and results using a CRM
• Represent Foundation Health at meetings, conferences, and networking events

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the healthcare sector
• Deep knowledge of Ontario's healthcare landscape
• Experience selling or leading business development within the medical field or working with clinics and hospitals
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and communication skills
• Ability to travel regularly for meetings and outreach
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
