About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM) in the Middle East market
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, client meetings, solution selling, and pricing negotiation
- Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to tailor solutions
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular progress reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 5–10 years of hunting sales experience in enterprise applications (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud sales
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
- Prior experience selling into government, banking, or enterprise verticals in the GCC
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud commercial models and licensing
