About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute daily outbound outreach to prospects via Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and cold calling
- Drive lead generation and achieve individual business development targets
- Identify and engage key prospects by showcasing the benefits of Exly's SaaS offerings
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients
- Increase Top of Funnel (TOFU) volume and launch new sales funnels to boost team leads
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute go-to-market plans
- Perform regular sales forecasting and track KPIs to ensure team targets are met
- Prepare regular reports highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
Requirements
- Prior experience in SaaS sales
- 3-4 years of experience working in an early-stage startup environment
- Fluent communication skills and strong analytical abilities
- Proven team building, mentoring, and leadership skills
- Ability to work onsite from our Gurugram office
