Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and market strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
- Identify and pursue market opportunities to expand market share
- Generate new business while strengthening relationships with existing customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and senior industry stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and ongoing client engagement
Requirements
- Proven success in business development and sales growth
- Experience in key account management, technical sales, or CRM within a B2B environment
- Experience in the food industry and/or laboratory services sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Technical or science-based qualification preferred
- Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented approach
