About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and lead sales initiatives to ensure consistent growth and meet revenue targets
- Conduct business development initiatives to expand income sources and implement strategic agreements
- Research and analyze market data, products, and competitors to increase market quota and visibility
- Represent the company within the defined region to ensure commercial success
- Act as a local point of contact for internal stakeholders and Head Office Management
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing and sales promotion initiatives
- Develop and monitor sales plans and area sales targets to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Maintain excellent relationships with third parties, including travel agencies, corporate customers, and governmental authorities
- Manage a portfolio of contracts and ensure compliance with local regulations and policies
- Monitor sales KPIs and dashboards to identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development or a related field
