Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business growth strategies for the NSEA region to drive revenue and market expansion
• Manage assigned territories by identifying growth opportunities and ensuring effective customer coverage
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, OEMs, contractors, and business partners
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, strategic projects, and partnerships within the Surface Division
• Provide technical and commercial solutions that address customer needs and support business growth
• Support commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract agreements
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to management
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure successful project execution
• Support appointed distributors to grow the business and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Commercial Management, or Territory Management
• Experience in industrial solutions, surface technologies, or related industries is preferred
• Experience working within regional or multinational business environments
