Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across assigned Middle East territories
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in the drilling and completions sector
• Build and expand relationships with key operators, engineers, and decision-makers
• Develop and execute tactical account plans, forecasts, and revenue strategies
• Lead technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations
• Educate customers on Enventure’s technology applications, including completions, liner hangers, and solid expandables
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver customized solutions
• Represent the company at client meetings, field visits, and industry events
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records within the CRM

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in oil & gas sales or business development
• Strong technical background in drilling, completions, or downhole technologies
• Established professional network within the Middle East drilling and completion market
• Proven track record of winning business with major operators and turnkey companies
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in tender preparation and contract negotiation
• Degree in Engineering, Science, or a Business-related discipline
• Ability to travel up to 50% across the Middle East and key international markets
