Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic growth initiatives for assigned accounts to drive revenue and expand market presence.
- Monitor the competitive landscape, pricing trends, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans with key partners to achieve company growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, customers, and partners.
- Generate new sales leads and convert them into successful business opportunities through persuasive proposals and presentations.
- Manage, negotiate, and close sales pipelines in accordance with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, technical, and product teams to create tailored client strategies.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics and sales data to report on performance and adjust strategies.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a commercial role within the IT technology field.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT technologies and project-based selling.
- Proficiency with CRM software and business productivity tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret market dynamics.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
