Responsibilities
- Sell online enterprise recruitment solutions to corporate clients by assessing their specific business requirements.
- Achieve ambitious sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and growing revenue from existing accounts.
- Develop a robust database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, social media, and other channels.
- Manage the full sales cycle including area mapping, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals with necessary documentation.
- Build and maintain strong personal relationships with prospects and act as an evangelist for the Apna ecosystem.
- Engage in high-level CXO business conversations to drive high-ticket size enterprise deals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience handling large enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate and influence company leadership.
- Excellent commercial negotiation skills and a solid understanding of business operations.
- Proficiency in at least two languages.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in HRTech or recruitment software sales.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
