Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement lead-steering mechanisms for optimal lead distribution and prioritization
• Develop and test drop-off products to reactivate lost leads
• Build and scale alternative sales funnels
• Analyze and optimize booking and closing processes to increase conversion rates and reduce lead time
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams, including the CPO and CSO
• Define, track, and interpret relevant funnel and performance KPIs
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement concrete improvement measures

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
• Strong academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or similar quantitative fields
• Proven impact in management consulting, Venture Capital/Private Equity, Venture Building, or Start-ups/Scale-ups
• Strong hands-on mentality with operational implementation experience
• Ideally experience in Sales or Marketing, specifically within funnel or performance contexts
• Ideally experience developing with AI or successfully implementing AI solutions
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
