Business Development Manager Engineering

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and loyalty strategy of the agency by identifying new opportunities
• Manage and develop a portfolio of local and national clients
• Autonomously drive prospecting and referral actions across specific sectors and client types
• Contribute to the creation, marketing, and promotion of new service offerings
• Support the recruitment of new collaborators in coordination with the HR department
• Cover the Normandy region, with a specific focus on the Dieppe basin

Requirements

• Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree in Commerce, Engineering, or an equivalent field
• Solid experience in business development, ideally within technical service sales
• Strong industrial culture and knowledge of engineering technical projects
• Proven skills in prospecting (cold calling, networking, field visits) and commercial negotiation
• High level of autonomy, resilience, and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of the nuclear industry is a significant plus
