About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and execute customized lighting and electrical service solutions across national portfolios
- Develop strategic partnerships with distributors, suppliers, ESCOs, and property management companies
- Support profitable growth of branch locations within designated territories
- Collaborate with internal Service, Product, and Engineering teams for seamless delivery
- Develop strategic account plans, proposals, and executive presentations
- Manage the full customer lifecycle including pricing, contract negotiation, and SLA oversight
- Represent the company at industry conferences and partnership meetings
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or business development
- Experience in technical, infrastructure, or clean energy sectors
- Proven success scaling strategic programs with enterprise accounts exceeding $10M annually
- Strong background in lighting, electrical business, fleet electrification, or energy-as-a-service
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
