About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop account development strategies for the Oil & Gas and Power-Renewables segments to increase regional sales volumes.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to ensure Hempel is well-specified within targeted accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for selected key accounts, maintaining relationships across all management levels.
- Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis within the energy sector.
- Support marketing strategies, promotional events, and activities to increase brand awareness and demand.
- Educate internal stakeholders on current market scenarios, opportunities, and technical learnings.
- Conduct regular reviews to support the sales team in achieving established targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business.
- At least 10 years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically within the Oil & Gas segment.
- Proven experience managing cross-border projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Engineering or Management.
- Direct exposure to the Power-Renewables segment.
