Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise, government, and mid-market customers.
• Build and grow a robust sales pipeline for cybersecurity, cloud, and networking solutions.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators in the French Africa region.
• Coordinate joint go-to-market activities and enablement initiatives with selected partners.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key customer accounts and strategic vendors.
• Develop country-specific business development plans and execute against revenue targets and KPIs.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and competitor intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of sales or business development experience in the French Africa or Morocco market.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity, IT distribution, or technology sales.
• Strong understanding of the regional business landscape (government, oil & gas, finance, and telecom).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Valid driving license.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing client network within the assigned region.
• Deep understanding of networks, information security, software sales, and volume licensing.
