Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive client ratings
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients and team members
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
- Track all business-related invoices
- Train sales professionals and help improve their skills
- Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, and trends
- Create a sales pipeline and carry out sales forecasts and analysis
- Develop business sales and marketing strategy with the Sales Manager
Requirements
- 3 - 10 years of experience in business development
- Prior experience in End to End Sales, Lead generation, and Solution Selling
- Experience with Website, Software & Applications
- Proficiency with bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru
- Familiarity with technologies including MEAN, MERN, PHP CMS, PHP Frameworks, Asp.net, Blockchain, AI/ML, and Mobile applications
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and think strategically
Preferred Qualifications
- B. Tech, BCA, B. Sc (IT), M. Tech, MCA, M. Sc (IT), or MBA
- Proficiency in a foreign language
