Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive all sales and business development activities to secure new interior design projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, F&B, and luxury villa sectors.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, strategic partnerships, and direct client engagement.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and client acquisition to negotiation and contract execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and corporate clients across the UAE.
• Conduct professional presentations and commercial negotiations regarding project fees, payment terms, and scope of work.
• Oversee CRM management to ensure accurate lead tracking, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy and market expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of proven business development and senior sales experience within the UAE interior design or fit-out industry.
• Established professional network with UAE-based developers, architects, consultants, and property owners.
• Proven track record of securing high-value projects and achieving significant revenue growth.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle is mandatory.
• Ability to travel across the UAE, GCC region, and internationally as required.
