About the role

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead B2B growth strategy by identifying new market opportunities and forging high-value corporate partnerships
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and contract negotiation
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to increase market share and expand OnTech's smart home installation footprint
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, legal, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of new business initiatives
  • Articulate OnTech's "field service as a service" capabilities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency for clients
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Development, or Sales
  • Expertise in evaluating client requirements and translating them into professional business proposals
  • Experience overseeing technical project delivery and coordinating between operations teams and clients
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the telecommunications or logistics services industry
  • Knowledge of industry standards for home security, satellite internet, and smart home product installation
  • Understanding of forward and reverse logistics (delivery, installation, warehousing, and returns)
