About the Company
DNA Payments is a rapidly growing FinTech organisation, established in 2018. We are one of the UK’s largest independent payment providers, supporting over 60,000 merchants and processing more than £1.2 billion in transactions each month.
Responsibilities
- Attend appointments generated by the call centre team
- Conduct B2B cold calling and door-to-door visits (45+ daily)
- Engage directly with business owners and decision makers
- Identify customer needs and generate qualified sales opportunities
- Book appointments and close deals
- Maintain professional relationships with merchants
- Accurately record all activity within Salesforce CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in door to door sales, field sales, or customer facing roles
- Highly self motivated with ability to work independently
- Resilient and persistent in high rejection environments
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Competitive mindset with a drive to exceed targets
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the payments industry
