Business Development Manager digital products (m/f) for the American Market

Responsibilities

• Generate strategic partnerships for the Dirk Kreuter personal brand, specifically through Podcasts and YouTube in the United States.
• Increase brand reach across all social media channels within the U.S. market.
• Negotiate short- and long-term partnerships and alliances, including all terms and conditions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all external partnership matters in the U.S. market.
• Monitor and identify potential risks and opportunities within the U.S. coaching and education sector.
• Develop strategic concepts, present them to C-level leadership, and lead their implementation.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building a network in the social media and podcast sectors.
• Deep knowledge of the U.S. coaching market and relevant legal conditions.
• Strong understanding of YouTube and podcast ecosystems.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• A hands-on mentality with a structured, self-reliant work style.
• High flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
