Business Development Manager digital products (m/f) Chinese Market

Responsibilities

• Generate strategic partnerships for the Dirk Kreuter brand specifically through Chinese-language podcasts and YouTube
• Increase brand reach across all Chinese-language social media channels
• Negotiate short-term and long-term partnerships and alliances, including all terms and conditions
• Act as the primary point of contact for all external partnerships within the Chinese market
• Monitor the continuing education market to identify potential risks and growth opportunities
• Develop, present, and implement new concepts and ideas to management

Requirements

• Proven experience or an existing network in the social media and podcast sector
• Deep knowledge of the Chinese coaching market and relevant legal conditions
• Strong understanding of YouTube and podcast ecosystems
• Fluency in German, English, and Chinese
• Structured, self-reliant work style with a hands-on mentality
• High level of flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
