About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the travel trade and incentive strategy to identify new growth opportunities
  • Drive incremental revenue by targeting high-value partners including DMCs, incentive agencies, and corporate travel planners
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic travel trade accounts through structured account plans
  • Take full commercial ownership of segment performance, including forecasting, pipeline reporting, and revenue optimization
  • Lead commercial negotiations with key partners to deliver long-term value and protect premium positioning
  • Represent the business at trade shows, sales missions, and industry events to build brand visibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product development, pricing, and packaging

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development Management, Account Direction, or Senior Sales
  • Proven experience within the travel trade, MICE (with a strong incentive focus), or tourism sectors
  • Demonstrated track record of winning new business and growing strategic accounts to drive measurable revenue
  • Existing industry network and market relationships to rapidly generate a sales pipeline
  • Experience working with intermediary partners such as DMCs, incentive agencies, tour operators, or corporate travel planners
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
