About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to identify, recruit, and grow high-value IBs, affiliates, and fintech partners across assigned markets.
  • Own the full partner lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, commission models, and incentive structures to ensure scalability and profitability.
  • Utilize AI-enabled systems to improve partner sourcing, onboarding, and management workflows.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance automation logic and commercial tooling.
  • Represent the company at major industry conferences and regional growth events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate growth within online trading, FX/CFD, or fintech sectors.
  • Deep understanding of IB and affiliate ecosystems, including acquisition economics and commission structures.
  • Ability to navigate multiple regions, cultures, and complex regulatory environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, partner platforms, and data-driven commercial workflows.
  • Strong commercial instincts combined with operational discipline and strategic thinking.
  • Experience using AI tools to create operational leverage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the MENA, Africa, LATAM, or Southeast Asia markets.
  • Multilingual skills in Arabic, French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Southeast Asian languages.
