Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyse the development and nature of the Electric Vehicle Charging Systems market eco-system
• Construct business development strategies and sales plans
• Identify and report business opportunities in segments including EV OEM, Utility, and Charging Point Operators
• Develop strong relationships with key customers as an account manager
• Coordinate and manage technical and commercial bid preparation
• Negotiate contracts and manage project pipelines
• Achieve sales targets and revenue as defined by leadership
• Represent Delta during conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events

Requirements

• 3-5 years of technical sales experience with EV Charging Solutions or Battery Energy Storage solutions
• Strong understanding of sales, business development, and account management processes
• Technical knowledge of EV Charging Solutions, Power Conditioning Systems, and Battery Energy Storage systems
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Strong legal understanding of contracts and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent English communication skills
