Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Grow a comprehensive sales pipeline in the UAE by identifying and building relationships with senior stakeholders across various industries.
• Prospect new clients through cold-calling, email outreach, networking, and B2B lead generation databases.
• Create bespoke pitch decks and commercial quotations tailored to specific client use-cases.
• Handle commercial negotiations to convert target accounts and hit monthly KPIs, including calls, meetings, and activation rates.
• Guide new accounts through the onboarding process and collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure seamless handovers.
• Utilize Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Looker to track, report, and present on sales performance and growth strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Highly proficient in using Salesforce and Google Sheets.
• Based in Dubai.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in a consultative, data-driven sales role.
