About the role
Responsibilities
- Map, prospect, pitch, and close new restaurant and store partnerships across the Salerno region
- Act as a regional expert by identifying up-and-coming restaurants and high-demand food trends
- Support new partners through the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience
- Demonstrate Deliveroo technology to potential partners via physical visits, calls, and emails
- Help restaurant owners and managers overcome barriers or hesitations regarding the platform
- Attend local restaurant and food industry meet-ups to build community presence
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a focus on new business targeting
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
- Experience in product demonstration and communicating value propositions
- High level of confidence in customer relationship management, whether face-to-face or remotely
- Deep knowledge of the restaurant industry is a significant plus
- A tenacious and self-motivated approach to hitting targets
