About the role
Responsibilities
- Map, pitch, and close new restaurant partners across the Bristol and South West region
- Conduct multi-channel outreach through physical visits, calls, and digital platforms
- Oversee the end-to-end partner onboarding process to ensure efficiency for merchants
- Manage partner success during the first eight weeks on the platform to drive long-term growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and local culinary landscapes through market immersion
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and negotiation, specifically in "hunting" roles
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of food delivery economics
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Genuine interest in and knowledge of the food and restaurant industry
- Valid driving licence and access to a car for regional travel
