Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and scale the Business Development Representative (BDR) team to drive hypergrowth
• Build a metrics-driven and customer-obsessed team that consistently exceeds quota
• Optimize repeatable and personalized outreach strategies and pipeline generation playbooks
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and weekly one-on-ones to ensure high performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize lead generation processes
• Accurately forecast and project monthly and quarterly quota attainment and targets
• Foster a team culture of accountability, performance, respect, and continuous learning

Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment
• 2+ years of experience managing teams of 5+ individual representatives
• Deep understanding of BDR best practices and pipeline generation methodologies
• Proficiency with B2B SaaS tech stacks, including Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to use data to identify performance opportunities and make informed decisions
