Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the aged care sector
• Act as a trusted advisor and product expert, providing tailored advice and ongoing support
• Plan and deliver equipment training programs in partnership with Account Managers
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual customer visits to present solutions and provide training
• Generate and follow up on leads through networking, clinical visits, and proactive outreach
• Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities through effective negotiation
• Represent Cubro at industry expos, conferences, and trade shows

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales
• Experience within the healthcare or aged care sectors is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in the field
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate technical knowledge into practical solutions
