Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and develop business development strategies focused on EU institutional landscapes
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and manage a strategic pipeline
• Act as the primary contact for newly acquired clients during onboarding and initial delivery
• Manage the full tender process including pre-qualification, consortium agreements, and pricing
• Collaborate with Presales, Account Management, and Service Managers to maximize contract value
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional stakeholders and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development within EU institutions or public sector environments
• Strong understanding of EU institutional frameworks and procurement processes
• Experience with public tenders and framework contracts
• Fluency in English; French is a strong asset
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales performance tracking

• Experience managing complex bids and multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
