Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
• Create and implement annual business development strategies and sales plans
• Identify and maintain key strategic partnerships and stakeholders in the UAE and KSA markets
• Lead large business opportunities from initial contact through to closure
• Identify new revenue streams, including new service lines and geographic markets
• Prepare detailed sales target reports for the Managing Director
• Contribute to leadership team decision-making and the implementation of company best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in team management and leadership
• 8+ years of experience in corporate or professional services within the UAE or KSA
• Degree in Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and wider GCC markets
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho)
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
