Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Promote and develop target lists to initiate contact with potential customers through relationship-based approaches and cold calling.
• Introduce company services to potential clients and build long-term strategic relationships.
• Utilize consultative selling to demonstrate products and services that align with customer objectives and needs.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations for existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate sales efforts internally with overseas offices, operations, customer service, and accounting departments.
• Analyze market potential to determine the value of existing and potential clients to the organization.
• Manage the resolution of customer complaints and monitor client accounts receivables to ensure timely payments.
• Achieve profitable business consistent with company goals and implement quality objectives for the sales department.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight forwarding.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to sell to executives and decision-makers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Energy, Oil and Gas, EPC, or Mining industries.
• Proven entrepreneurial experience and a goal-driven focus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
