Cove provides flexible living solutions, ranging from coliving spaces to long-term and short-term stays. With over 6,000 rooms across Singapore and Indonesia, Cove aims to build the leading tech flexible living platform in Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Source large real estate opportunities from developers and investors in Bali (50+ units)
• Conduct site feasibility, market, and pricing analysis
• Perform pro-forma financial projections and analysis
• Lead structuring and preparation of management proposals
• Lead negotiations and the legal documentation process
• Assist with project management for deals requiring refurbishment
• Identify new sub-markets for business growth
• Build and maintain relationships with investment partners, owners, and service providers

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate
• Extensive real estate network in Bali (developers, investors, brokers)
• End-to-end deal transaction experience including due diligence and legal documentation
• Strong knowledge of local residential and hospitality landscapes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
