Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct market monitoring, analysis, and segmentation for connected lighting and smart solutions
• Identify commercial strategies by segment, including value propositions, benchmarking, and business models
• Participate in the development of new clients, including smart services, connected solutions, and EV chargers
• Provide operational follow-up and enhanced support for strategic accounts and key clients
• Contribute to cross-functional working groups to define and quantify market needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to align technical expertise and business responsibilities
• Help increase company visibility and brand awareness regarding connected lighting solutions

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Business School or University (Bac+3 to Bac+5 level)
• Strong interest in sales, technology, IoT, and the electronics sector
• Basic knowledge of electricity and/or lighting solutions
• Proficiency with digital tools, including CRM and Office 365
• Minimum English level of B1 (written and spoken) for international collaboration
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
